- James L. Huffman -

James Huffman has been an attorney practicing in the bankruptcy field for over thirty-six (36) years. He has handled several thousand bankruptcy matters, including over one hundred (100) Chapter 11 petitions. Mr. Huffman has handled many adversary, relief from stay, plans of arrangement in both Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 cases.

Mr. Huffman enjoys a reputation among the legal community as having the necessary ability to handle Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 matters. He has been selected on numerous occasions by fellow attorneys to handle the insolvency matters of their clients.

Mr. Huffman was admitted to practice in June 1974 in California. He is also admitted to practice in United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Central District of California, Southern District of California, Eastern District of California, Northern District of California, and District of Arizona.

Mr. Huffman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Law in 1972 from from South Bay University, Harbor City, California. He also received his Associate of Arts Degree from Victor Valley College, Victorville, California in 1968. He received his Juris Doctor degree from South Bay University in 1974. He was the President of the Student Bar Association for two (2) years at South Bay University.
