When will I be able to get a credit card, car, or home?
- This is always a difficult question to answer.  In today's world, it is often a matter of when, not if.  How soon you are able to qualify for increasingly larger amounts will depend on how your handle smaller debts and/or existing car/home loans.  Many of our Clients tell us that they start receiving offers of credit cards, car loans, etc. shortly after they receive their Chapter 7 Discharge.
