What debts can I get rid of?
- Unsecured Debts (for example: credit cards) are the easiest
to get rid of. Secured Debts (for example, your financed
car) are another matter, depending upon whether, or not, you wish to keep the
asset; this is something that should be discussed with an attorney. Taxes
and Student Loans have too many variables to discuss here; but it is possible to
get rid of some, if not all, of those debts.
